Aunty Malia’s Hula Class
Aloha,
I would like to share the art of Polynesian Dance with you. My Classes are
for the serious student who desires to perform professionally as well as
for those who just want to have fun & exercise.
Hawaiian Hula
Dancers learn how to use their bodies with graceful
movements & controlled technique to tell a story.
Tahitian
An exciting colorful dance with a fast paced drum rhythm and beat.
Maori
Learn unique dances from the island of New Zealand using native implements:
Students are instructed in the use of many of the Polynesian dance
implements & learn the art & craft of making the native dance
costumes which are used in performances.
